Vending with us means tapping into a built-in, engaged crowd of runners and walkers every Saturday. Our relaxed post-run social hour is the ideal time for people to browse, experience, and buy. Become part of a community rooted in wellness and connection, where a recurring spot ensures our regulars get to know your brand week over week. Plus, your vending fees directly support our club, helping us sustainably organize and provide an even better experience for our members. 

Single Saturday: $100 for one Saturday vendor slot.

 Full Month ($350): 4 Saturdays, weekly savings, and priority placement. 

When you partner with us, you secure your own dedicated space on the Amor patio right in the heart of the action during our run and social hour. We love hyping up our partners, so early registrants also get featured in our event marketing to build excitement before the weekend. Committing to a full month? You will enjoy VIP treatment with priority placement and special monthly shout-outs. Simply bring your own table, tent, and display, and we will provide the crowd and the space. 

We are looking for partners who add to that post-run glow and share our passion for wellness, local business, and connection. Our goal is to offer our runners a diverse, exciting experience every weekend, so we welcome a wide variety of vendors!

Here is a taste of what we are looking for:

• Activewear & Apparel: Local streetwear, running gear, or curated vintage finds.
• Wellness & Recovery: Stretching services, run-recovery tools, or physical therapy.
• Sports Nutrition: Packaged runner fuel like electrolyte packets, running gels, and protein powders.
• Self-Care & Beauty: Skincare, sunscreen, soaps, and natural cosmetics.
• Lifestyle & Makers: Handmade goods, art, candles, plants, and jewelry.
• Community & Services: Local organizations, wellness clinics, or specialty services.

To be great partners to our host venue, we ask that vendors avoid selling ready-to-eat food or beverages. We also curate our lineups carefully to limit overlap, ensuring every Saturday feels fresh and gives your brand its moment to shine.

1. Fill out the vendor application below

2. We review applications the weekend before each run and announce approvals by Monday.

3. Approved vendors get a link on Monday to register and pay through Heylo.

4. Payment is due by Wednesday to lock in your Saturday slot.

5. We send your setup details and event brief on Thursday.

Once you have vended with us and are approved, you can book any open Saturday directly, whenever works for you.
